Brown Sauce Pancake
- 200 grams of cake flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 30 grams of margarine
- 150 ml of milk
- 35 grams of sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 10 grams of cocoa powder
- 50 grams of cooking chocolate slab
- 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 teaspoon water
How to make:
- Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the salt. Stir well. Set aside.
- Mix eggs and milk. Stir well. Pour into flour mixture gradually while stirring.
- Enter a little melted margarine, stirring gently.
- Pour a small ladle on a flat griddle. Let the origin skinned. Allow to mature.
- Cook and stir until boiling for the sauce, boiled milk, sugar, salt, cocoa powder. Enter the cornstarch solution. Stir until bubbling. Turn off the flame. Add cooked brown soupy. Stir until dissolved.
- Serve the pancakes with the sauce.
Layer Dark Cherry Pancake
- 1 bottle (200 g) green’s the original pancake shake
- 200 ml of water
- 200 ml of heavy cream, whipped until fluffy

- 1/2 cans of dark cherries, drained, and coarsely chopped
- 125 ml water of cans dark cherry
- 25 grams of sugar
- 75 ml of water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, and dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
How to make:
- Cook the sauce, dark cherry, dark cherry water, sugar, and water until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Set aside.
- Pour water into a bottle of Green’s the original pancake shake. Whisk in the bottle for a minute to be mixed well.
- Pour a small ladle on a griddle without smeared margarine. Let the origin skinned. Allow to be mature.
- Spray whipped cream on the surface of a piece of pancake. Sprinkle the sauce ingredients. Cover with pancakes. Repeat in another layer again. Cover with whipped cream and pour the sauce. Sprinkle almonds on top of the sauce.
Durian Pancake
- 150 grams of cake flour
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 15 grams of sugar flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg of yolk
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 10 drops of yellow dye old
- 100 ml of heavy cream, whipped fluffy
- 700 grams of durian flesh
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
How to make:
- Mix wheat flour, corn starch, flour sugar, and salt. Add egg yolks, milk, liquid margarine, and dark yellow dye. Stir well.
- Pour a ladle of the batter in a small flat pan diameter 12 cm that has been heated over a small flame. Do this until all the dough is finished.
- Mix heavy cream, durian, salt, sugar and flour. Beat well.
- Take a piece of fried skin. Give the contents in the skin. Fold the right and left square shape. Serve cold.
